Central Washington University Athletics

ELLENSBURG, Wash. (Aug. 21) – The Central Washington University football scrimmage scheduled for Wednesday (Aug. 22) at 4 p.m. in Yakima, Washington has been cancelled due to smoke and air quality issues.
 
The Wildcats will scrimmage at an indoor facility at the University of Washington.  The scrimmage is closed to spectators and members of the media out of respect to the University of Washington, its teams, facilities, and administration.
 
Kick-off Saturday is just 11 days away as the Wildcats prepare for their tilt at Eastern Washington.  Kick-off is scheduled for 1:05 p.m.
