Member of CWU faculty for 25 years. Head football coach between 1955 and 1960. Won Evergreen Conference titles in 1957 and 1958. Compiled overall record of 25 wins, 22 losses and two ties. Chairman of Physical Education Department between 1960 and 1976. Also served the university as an assistant football coach and as interim Dean of the School of Professional Studies.
