The 2000 cross country team which includes Alicen Maier, Abby Bielenberg, Amy Forrey, Sarah Forrey, Kelly
VandenEkart, Krissi Mathers and Josie Beggs claimed a 7th place finish at the NCAA Division 11 Cross Country Championships/ along with first place at the conference and regional meets, defeating perennial power schools University of California Davis and Seattle Pacific University.
