Shaw cracked CWU's starting lineup early in her freshman season and never looked back. At the time of her induction, she still ranked as CWU's all-time women's career scoring leader with 1,696 points. In addition, that total still ranked third all-time in Great Northwest Athletic Conference history. Shaw also held the school's rebounding record (790), which was the 13th best mark in conference history. In addition, her field goal percentage (.546), both made free throws (434) and free throws attempted (870), offensive rebounds (372), and games played (109) were still the top marks in school history. Her record for games started (101) was third, and she was fourth in steals (201) and minutes played (2,928). As she was inducted, Shaw remained the only CWU women player to have earned AII-American honors during CWU's NCAA Division II era, after being named a fourth team NCAA Division II Bulletin All-American in 2002. Following her CWU career Shaw went on to play professionally in Europe for BBC Bettembourg, Luxembourg.
