Freshman forward Taylor Shaw was a spark of energy coming off the bench for the CWU women’s basketball team this past week against GNAC foes Simon Fraser University and Western Washington University. Against the Clan, Shaw nearly set her season-high with seven points on three-of-six shooting in 14 minutes of action. She followed this performance with five points, three rebounds and an assist against the Vikings. Shaw is averaging 3.8 points, 2.4 rebounds and one assist.
