True freshman Emily Bland recaptured her school record in the 400-meter hurdles last Saturday at the Ken Shannon Invitational on the campus of the University of Washington. Bland highlighted the list of Wildcat performances after recording a time of 1:01.34. She placed second overall and reclaimed the school record from Ali Anderson, who broke her school record earlier this season.
