Junior Cole Zarcone was named the Most Valuable Player of the West Coast 7s Championships this past weekend in San Francisco, Calif. after recording ten tries across six matches. Against the 2017 defending 7’s National Champions Cal Bears, Zarcone found the try zone twice to propel the Wildcats to a 26-12 victory. Cole touched down twice again in the West Coast 7’s Final against the University of Arizona Wildcats, allowing Central to claim a 17-15 win and win the tournament.
