Alexa Shindrukcompeted in the GNAC championships last Saturday. Near the midway point of the race, Shindrukwas hanging in fifth place. With half the race left, Shindrukmoved into fourth place. By the time they hit the 4k mark, Shindrukhad taken the lead, but only for a brief moment. Shindrukfollowed close behind, hustling her way to second place with a time of 21:25.5. 

Shindrukand the rest of the Wildcat cross country teams travel to Billings, Montana for the NCAA West Regionals on November 17.
