Xavier Smith put up a pair of 20-point games to help lead CWU to a 2-0 stint at the Fairfield Inn Tournament this past weekend. Against, Texas A&M-Kingsville he scored 23 points on 7-13 shooting in 31 minutes of play. He was 2-4 from three-point range and went 7-9 at the free throw line. He also grabbed three rebounds in the win. Against Colorado Christian, Smith put up 20 points in 32 minutes of play on 6-9 made shots from the floor. he was 2-4 yet again from deep and went 6-7 in free throw shots. He added twp boards and dished out one assist to go along with one steal.
