Halle Irvine opened the new indoor season with an event win. She won the pole vault with a mark of 12-01.50. The mark was good enough for a NCAA Division II provisional mark. Irvine also took second in the long jump with a mark of 18-02.25. Irvine is the only Wildcat to return to the squad after earning All-American honors at last year's NCAA Division II Indoor Championships.
