PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (May 8) – Pools for the 2018 Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby 7's Championships have been drawn, tournament officials announced. The Central Washington University men's rugby team has been drawn into Pool F.
Joining Central Washington in Pool F are: Navy, Army, and Maryland.
"The Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championship field is stacked with great teams and our pool is no different," CWU Head Coach
Todd Thornley said. "The Military Academies & Maryland provide significant challenges and we know we have to be at our very best to progress out of the pool. We will continue our preparation and leave no stone unturned with the eye on peaking by June 2 for a tough day at the office."

Pool A: Lindenwood, Saint Joseph's University, Wisconsin, Mount St. Mary's
Pool B: Arizona, Indiana, South Carolina, Boston College
Pool C: Kutztown, Dartmouth, Iona College, Temple
Pool D: LIFE, Penn State, Air Force, Notre Dame
Pool E: Arkansas State, UCLA, Virginia Tech, Delaware
Pool F: Central Wash., Navy, Army, Maryland
Among the teams in the tournament field, the Wildcats are 4-0. During the fall West Coast 7's, the Wildcats defeated UCLA, 24-21, and Arizona, 17-15. They then handed Arizona two more losses at the Collegiate Fall Rugby 7's Classic by scores of 15-0 and 15-14.
