ELLENSBURG, Wash. (May 22) – Golfers wanting to participate in the 18
th annual Kitna Wildcat Classic at Suncadia Resort, sponsored by Wells Fargo, on July 11, 2019 in Cle Elum are encouraged to register now.
Last year over 250 golfers and sponsors participated in the Kitna Wildcat Classic. Sponsorships and event fees go to support CWU student-athletes. To register, or for more information, head to

The tournament is expected to sell out as one of the most popular events for CWU athletics. Come spend a day at the course with Wildcat alumni, friends, and fans of all ages!
Event check-in will begin at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the event, followed by a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. Based upon registration, golfers will play either the Prospector or Rope Rider courses.
The tournament will feature a variety of events, including a 40-foot putt contest. Golfers will also receive at a complimentary lunch and will have access to the Suncadia driving range.
A barbecue dinner and awards ceremony will conclude the tournament, which is named in honor of former Wildcat quarterback Jon Kitna, who spent 16 years in the National Football League.
