QUOTING HEAD COACH TODD THORNLEY
"We are excited to continue our road swing and take on a talented, well-coached UCLA side on Saturday. UCLA has some very dangerous players so we know we must prepare well and throw everything at them to continue our early season momentum. It's a great challenge for us that will pressure us in all areas of the game."

PREVIEWING THE BRUINS
Similar to the Wildcats, the Bruins faced two opponents last weekend, winning both of those matchups. The Bruins first knocked off USC 26-21 and followed it up with an 81-3 victory over Stanford.
Â
Saturday's game will be UCLA's second CRAA D1A League Match of the season, as the Bruins dropped their league match to Grand Canyon University 14-24 back on Jan. 21.
Â
In all matchups, the Wildcats are 3-0 all-time against the Bruins. Most recently, the Crimson and Black beat UCLA 19-12 in the USA Rugby College 7's National Championships in Kennesaw, Ga. on May 14, 2022.
