QUOTING HEAD COACH JONATHAN HILL
"We're officially starting spring term and with that brings outdoor track and some warmer temperatures. We're taking a trip down south this weekend to feel the heat, literally and figuratively.
When trying to obtain qualifying marks to conference, we have to put members of this team in positions to excel; that means taking our people to the best meets and the best facilities in the country. Texas is where fast goes to prove itself.
We've got some talented people, but meets like this are different; being ready to perform isn't always enough, you have to do it at meets like these. I'm excited to watch our group experience another iconic venue, learn and grow from these new challenges, and bring home a few more conference qualifying marks in the process."
