Biography
Background: A junior from Syracuse, UT, Lily Neff joins the Wildcats after a strong start to her collegiate career at the College of Southern Idaho, where she was a long distance specialist in track and in cross country. Neff helped her team obtain a 4th place finish at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships in 2024, finishing individually in the Top 25. Neff was also a multiple-time individual qualifier for the NJCAA National on the track, including the mile, 5000, and 10,000 meters. Neff capped off her track career with a 5th place finish in the 10,000 meters in Hutchinson, KS, and earning All-American honors at the National Championships in 2025.
