Achievements: Cross Country-Wesco Team Champions in 2023, individually placing 10th, qualified for Districts (29th), placed 69th in State. In 2022 placed 10th in Wesco, 2021 placed 11th, and in 2020 placed 5th. 4 Varsity Letters. Track- In 2024, Wesco Champion in Discus and Javelin, 2nd in Districts for Javelin and 4th in Discus, placed 6th for both at State, School Record holder for Javelin (124'4"), 8th in Discus at Oregon Relays. In 2023, placed 2nd at Wesco for Javelin and Discus, 4th at District qualified for State in Javelin. Placed 9th in the Washington State Combined Events Championship (heptathlon) in 2024 and 2023. 4 varsity letters.

Background: A freshman from Bothell, WA, Bailey Board comes to CWU with multiple multisport accolades. A qualifier at the WIAA Cross Country State Championships, Board also has shown multiple accolades in track season. She was the 2024 Wesco Champion in Discus and Javelin, 2nd in Districts for Javelin and 4th for Discus, placed 6th in both at State, School Record holder in the Javelin (124’ 4”), 8th in Discus at Oregon Relays. In 2023 got 2nd at Wesco for Javelin and Discus, 4th at Districts qualified for State in Javelin. Placed 9th in the Washington State Combined Events Championship (Heptathlon) in 2024 and 2023.
2024-2025: Bailey Board finishes a three-season freshman campaign with two event scores for the Wildcat Women in the throwing events! Board, who competed for the Wildcat’s Cross Country team in the fall, comes back in the spring to snag the #8 All-Time CWU Women’s Javelin mark and a 5th place finish with a personal best throw of 38.91 M at the GNAC Outdoor Championships. Bailey came back later to score 1 point with a 37.13 M toss which was good for 8th place in the discus.
