2024-2025: Picking up where she left off from her freshman season, Cariann placed fifth at the Spokane Indoor Challenge during the first meet of her sophmore season. She finished that same season vaulting her current PR of 3.61m (11'10") and placing fifth at the GNAC Indoor Championships. Cariann followed this with a second place finish at the Central Washington Wildcat Opener, and a fourth place finish that the GNAC Outdoor Championships!
2023-2024: During Cariann's freshman indoor season, she had two seventh place finishes at the Spokane and Riverfront Invitational meets. To finish out her indoor season, Cariann placed fifth at the GNAC Indoor Championships. She then placed second at Whitworth Twilight and fifth at the CWU Wildcat Invitational. Cariann finished fifth at the GNAC Outdoor Championship to complete her freshman year!
Background: Cariann Bryant joins the Wildcat Track and Field roster after graduating from Bishop Manogue in Sparks, NV in 2023. She was a state runner-up in pole vault her senior year as well as competing at the 2023 Nike Outdoor National Championship. Her dad runs the Raise The Bar Pole Vault Club in Reno, NV where she trained and continues to be involved in the off-season. Cariann has scored at the GNAC conference championship all 4 seasons at CWU and has been on the Dean's List all 6 quarters. Her current PR is 3.61m (11'10").
