Biography

Kelly was born in Aberdeen, Wash., to parents Wes and Tiffanie Kelly. He also has two brothers, Brandon and Mason. He is an undeclared major at CWU. While attending Hoquiam High School, Kelly recorded a personal best of 21.7 in the 200m. In 2013, he placed third in the 200m, fourth in the 100m and first in the 4 x 100m at the Washington State meet. He followed up his stellar performance in 2014, with a first place in the 200m, third in the 100m and sixth in the 4 x 100m.
