Achievements: Washington 2A state title in 2022 for 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles. 2022 SPSL athlete of the year. 2023/2024 indoor Pentathlon GNAC champion.
Why CWU? The facilities are incredibly nice and the staff was very approachable.
Personal: Parents are David Degroot and Lissa Strecker, I have 1 sibling Lexie DeGroot and my birthday is 11/26/2003.
Career Marks (TFRRS):
2022-23: Finished 3rd in 100-meter hurdles (14.54, a PR) and 5th in the heptathlon (4,253, a PR) at the GNAC Outdoor Championships.
