Biography
High School: Graduated from West Yellowstone High School. Helped team place 2nd at state in 2019. Awarded team MVP in 2019. Made honor roll all 4 years of high school. Placed all state cross country in 2021. Lettered in xc, track, and basketball.
Why CWU: "I chose CWU because I liked the team and athletic environment as well the smaller size of campus and the town."
Personal: Parents are Todd and Vickie Barta. 2 older brothers. Birthday is March 15 2005.
Background: Natalie Barta joins the 2023 Wildcat Cross Country and Track and Field freshman class as a Montana All State finisher in Cross Country. As the Salutatorian of West Yellowstone High School, and a four-year honor roll member, Barta comes in as an excellent academic and athletic addition to the Wildcat women's roster.
