Biography
2024-2025: Transfer Nick came in strong for his first indoor season with the Wildcats. In each meet he competed in during indoor, Nick had at least one personal record. Starting off with a PR in the long jump of 6.73m for fifth place at the 2025 Spokane Indoor Challenge. He followed this with a sixth place finish at teh UW Invite, adding another PR in the triple jump of 14.81m. Nick was a three-time GNAC Indoor Championship qualifier, placing fourth in the high jump- with a PR of 1.92m!
Background: Transferring from Clark College, Nick Jenkins joins CWU’s 2024 recruiting class looking to continue to raise the bar in his collegiate career. Prior to Clark College, Jenkins was a standout athlete at Ridgefield High School, specializing in the high jump, long jump, and triple jump where he went undefeated in the long and triple jump in the 2019 outdoor season. Jenkins garnered two Top 10 finishes in the long jump and triple jump at the 2024 NWAC Championships.
