2024-2025: After finishing her first cross country season in November, Sylvie Gephart competed during indoor track season in the mile. When she got to outdoor season, Sylvie ran the 800m, 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, and the 5000m. At the Wildcat Invitational she had a big PR in the 800m and placed first, along with a fourth place finish in the 1500m. At the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational, Sylvie had another PR in the 1500m. 
Background: A freshman from Moses Lake, WA, Sylvie Gephart comes to Ellensburg as a Washington State Cross Country qualifier for Moses Lake High School. Gephart also shows strength on the track, including winning the 800 meters at the Ray Cross Invitational during her senior season.
