2024-2025: Xitlalli Salinas ran with the cross country team in the fall, where she ran on the GNAC Cross Country Championship roster, helping the women's team to place 7th. After finishing up her cross country season, Xitlalli joined the Wildcat track roster in April for the outdoor season. She ran the 1500m and 3000m. At the Ralph Vernacchia Invitational, she had a PR in the 1500m. 
Background: Xitlalli Salinas-Lopez comes to CWU as a Washington State Championship qualifier in cross country. She will contest events ranging from 1500 meters to 5000 meters
High school: Graduated from Mariner high school. lettered all 4 years of high school for tf and xc
Why CWU: "I chose cwu because out of all the schools I visited this was the only one that felt right."
Personal: Mother's name is maria and my father's name is Miguel. I have two younger siblings my sister Yaretzi (15 yrs ) and my brother Tonatiuh (10 yrs) and my birthday is November 23rd 2005
