Biography

2024-2025: Zoe qualified for Indoor GNAC Championships in both the 60 meter and 200 meter dashes. Following her indoor season, Zoe ran at the Whitworth Jeffrahn Classic meet where she ran her current personal record in the 200m dash of 25.26. At the Wildcat Invitational, she ran her current PR in the 100m dash of 12.09, placing fourth in the meet. At that same meet, Zoe placed 5th in the 200m dash and 1st in the 4x100m relay. Her time in the 100m dash makes her number four on the Outdoor All-Time List. She was a three-time qualifier for the Outdoor GNAC Championship's in the 100m dash, 200m dash, and 4x100m relay. Zoe placed 7th in the 100m dash at conference, and while running the second leg of the 4x100m relay she helped them to place 1st in the conference. Not only did they win the 4x100m relay title, but they ran a National Provisional Qualifying time. Zoe ran the second leg at Nationals for the 4x100m team, not only representing CWU but also earning herself a 2nd Team All-American Honor. 
2023-2024: During her first year as a Wildcat, Zoe made her way onto the Indoor All-Time List for the 60 meter and 100 meter dashes. She ran a 7.81 60m dash at the Indoor GNAC Championship, placing 8th in the meet and making her 5th All-Time. She qualified for both the 60m and 200m dash for Indoor GNAC's. Zoe ran the 100m and 200m dashes, as well as the 4x100m relay during outdoor season. She improved her 100m dash time to 12.13 and her 200m dash time to 25.37 which were both ran at the Outdoor GNAC Championships. Her 100m dash PR placed her 6th in the GNAC, and she ran the second leg of the 4x100m relay that placed 1st in the conference. 
Background: Zoe Gonzales joined the Wildcats in 2023. Zoe was two-time captain of her high school track and field team and earned varsity letters all four years of high school. She was undefeated in the 100m and 200m dashes in her league, and was the league champion in both events all four seasons she competed at Wenatchee. Zoe qualified for 4A State in the 100m dash, 200m dash, the 4x100m, and 4x400m relays. She placed 6th in the 100m dash twice, and 4th in the 4x400m relay her senior year. Not only did she get things done on the track, Zoe made honor roll at her high school all four years.

Achievements: High School: 4 year letter earner in Track and Field, 2x team MVP , Captained the team junior and senior year, Undefeated 100m and 200m in the Big Nine Conference throughout high school, All-Conference 100m and 200m every year of high school, 4 consecutive years of league and district championships for women's team, Honor Roll student, 3 year letter earner in Volleyball, Volleyball team was league and district champions 3 years in a row, College: Outdoor GNAC 4x1 champion
Why CWU? I chose CWU because of its location, the school is close to home which was important to me.
