Hailey Still joined the Wildcat women's soccer team as an assistant coach in 2026.
A Washington native, Still concluded an outstanding collegiate playing career that included four seasons at the University of Washington before finishing her final two years at the University of Portland. During her time with the Pilots, she appeared in 26 matches, recording 10 goals and 20 points. At Washington, she totaled eight goals, two assists, and 18 points across 38 appearances and earned College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District recognition during her final season with the Huskies.
Still built her coaching experience while competing collegiately, serving as an assistant coach with Oregon Surf Soccer Club. She is currently pursuing her US Soccer "D" Coaching License and is committed to continuing her development as a coach and mentor for student-athletes.
A graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Auburn, Wash., Still enjoyed a decorated prep career. She was named the 2019 Seattle Times Athlete of the Year, earned three consecutive NPSL League MVP awards (2017-19), and was a three-time Star Times All-State selection. She also received First Team All-NPSL honors in all four years of high school, earned All-State All-American recognition in 2019, and set school records for goals in a game, season, and career. A multi-sport standout, Still also earned All-NPSL honors in softball and was a four-time team MVP in girls' basketball. She played club soccer for Pacific Northwest Soccer Club.
Still earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington before completing both a Master’s Business Certificate and a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership at the University of Portland.
