This is Anguay's first season with the Wildcats.
Anguay was hired as the Wildcats Wide Receivers Coach in March, 2026.
Anguay joins the Wildcat staff after spending a season with Idaho State in Pocatello, Idaho where he was an Assistant Wide Receivers Coach. He helped lead the Bengals to a 6-6 record with a 5-3 Big Sky record that saw ISU take down sixth-ranked UC Davis on the road as well as a big Potato State Trophy victory over Idaho which marked the Bengals first win over the Vandals since 2021. Under his guidance, three Bengal receivers were honored with All-Big Sky honors as Tsion Nunnally landed on the second team while Michael Shulikov and Damien Morgan were both named Honorable Mention.

Before joining ISU, Anguay spent two seasons with the Southern Oregon Raiders as their Receivers Coach. During his time with the Raiders, SOU saw receiver Sawyer Cleveland earning back-to-back Second Team All-Frontier honors while helping SOU to a 14-7 record over his two seasons. Prior to joining the Raiders, Anguay spent one season with his alma mater, the Hawai'i at Manoa Rainbow Warriors as an Assistant Running Backs Coach. He also made a stop as the Co-Offensive Coordinator and Receivers Coach from 2019-21 with Pearl City High School in Hawai'i.
Anguay competed at Hawai'i at Manoa from 2011-16 for the Rainbow Warriors Football Team.
