Junior outside hitter Shelby Mauritson was selected to the 2017 West Region Showcase All-Tournament Team after totaling a tournament-high 61 kills over four matches. Mauritson produced four double-doubles in CWU’s matches against Azusa Pacific (18 kills, 14 digs), Stanislaus State (11 kills, 14 digs), Dixie State (17 kills, 13 digs) and UC San Diego (15 kills, 16 digs). Over the course of last week, she recorded a stat line of: 3.39 kills per set, .256 hitting percentage, 3.17 digs per set and 12 blocks. Over the season, Mauritson ranks first in the GNAC in kills (103), eighth in kills per set (3.32), 14th in digs per set (3.29), and ninth in average points per set (3.73).
