Carpenter got the starting nod at second base in all four game this past weekend of the Wildcats home opener. She tallied at least one hit in every game and hit over. 300 for the weekend. On day two against Western Oregon, Carpenter was on her game tallying seven total RBI in two games and scored a pair of runs. In the Wildcats game two win over WOU, she was a perfect 4-4 with five RBI and two runs scored to lead CWU to an 8-4 win and 1-1 series split.
