ELLENSBURG, Wash. (Dec.15) – The Central Washington University men's basketball will play its final non-conference game of the season when they host Quest University of Canada Thursday night in Nicholson Pavilion at 7 p.m..
The game is "Dollar Night" with tickets and concession items marked at just 1$.
The Wildcats come into the matchup with a 4-2 record after losing their last two contests to Alaska Anchorage and Alaska. The Wildcats will look to get back to their winning ways against Quest whom they hold a perfect 3-0 record over.
In their three previous games the Wildcats have eclipsed 100 points twice and holds a margin of victory average of 48.6 over the Kermodes.
Despite the two game losing streak, CWU is still shooting 47.2-percent from the field and 36.5 from behind the arc.
The bulk of the Wildcats' offense has come from its senior core with
Gary Jacobs,
Joseph Stroud,
Joey Roppo, and
Devin Matthews all scoring in double figures and the quartet is responsible for 64-percent of the teams 90.67 points per game.
Quest, who is a Canadian Colleges Athletics Association member, stands with a 6-1 record. The Kermodes are averaging 79.4 points per game led by Dallas Searles who is scoring 14.3 points per game.
