ELLENSBURG, Wash (April. 9) – The Central Washington University women's rugby team will travel back to Palo Alto, Cali. to the campus of Stanford University for a matchup versus the University of California Davis in the Pacific Mountain Conference Regional Tournament Round of 16.

Just two weeks ago the Wildcats traveled to Stanford University where they dismantled Chico State 101-0 and advanced on play UC Davis in its second-round match up on the first weekend of the PMC playoffs beating the Aggies by a score of 57-10 aided by a hat-trick from Angela Ve'evalu.

The Wildcats, who are now ranked No. 4 in the nation and first in the PMC West, will play the University of California Davis in a Saturday matchup beginning at 2:30 p.m. with the winner advancing to play either third-ranked Stanford University or Washington State University on Sunday.

Stanford already defeated WSU by 19 in the first round so a matchup between the Wildcats and the Cardinal seems very possible come Sunday.
