QUOTABLE
"This is a big week for us," CWU Head Coach Michael Farrand said.  "We are fighting for a spot in the GNACs.  Stephen [Cavallo] will always have his girls ready to play and it's always a battle against Billings.    Heather [Cato] has done a good job rebuilding and Saint Martin's always presents a challenge.  We've gotten some good results as of late, but this week it is imperative we come away with points.  We can't leave any on the table."

SCOUTING MONTANA STATE BILLINGS
The Yellowjackets enter play this week with a 4-8-1 record, including a 1-7-0 record in GNAC play.

When the Wildcats and Yellowjackets met earlier this season, the Wildcats came away with a 4-0 victory.  Madison Bradley, Lexsi Manning, Makinzie Packwood, and Paige Devine each scored in the Wildcats' first clean sheet victory over the season.  Emily Thomson made five saves in goal.

The Yellowjackets have gone just 1-6-0 since falling to the Wildcat on September 15. Most recently, Billings fell 3-0 to Simon Fraser University.  Samantha Donald, Jenna-lee Baxter, and Carmen Brown each tallied a goal in the Clan's victory.

Julia Keller leads the Yellowjackets with three goals, while Claire Tevaseu, Alexa Iacolucci, and Jordan Devoto have each tallied a pair of goals.  Cassidy O'Dell leads the 'Jackets with four helpers, while Tevaseu sits just behind with three.  Billings has taken 127 shots on the year and is averaging just a goal a game.

Defensively, the Yellowjacket have allowed 188 shots and 25 goals.  Erinn Harder has played 11 games in goal, allowing 22 goals and making 38 saves.

SCOUTING SAINT MARTIN'S
The Saint enter the week with a 5-10-0 record overall, including a 1-8-0 record in GNAC play.  They have lost their last four matches, including a 3-2 OT loss to the Wildcats.

Shea McKnight opened the scoring, before Packwood scored consecutive goals to give CWU a 2-1 lead.  Rose Robbins netted the equalizer in the 90th minute, forcing overtime.  Lesi Manning tallied the golden goal winner for the Wildcat in the 103rd minute.

Kiersten Madsen leads the Saints in goals (5), assists (3), and points (13).  Both Kyle Sarchett and McKnight have tallied four goals.  The Saints have taken 190 shots and scored 18 goals.

Opposing teams have taken 253 shots and scored 34 goals.  Ali Koehler has handled the majority of time in goal for the Saints.  In ten games she has allowed 23 goals and made 50 saves.  Sara Christensen has between in goal for five games and allowed 11 goals, while making 31 saves.
