LAST TIME OUT
The Wildcats picked up a 100-64 victory over Douglas College (CAN).  Five Wildcats finished in double digit scoring.  Jeryn Lucas and Naim Ladd led the Crimson and Black with 14 points each, while Gamaun Boykin (12), Matt Poquette (12), and Marcus Austin (11) also eclipsed 10 points on the night.

Ladd finished 6-for-10 from the field, picked up two rebounds, and recorded one assist.

The opening six minutes of play were tightly contested with both the Wildcats and Royals jostling for momentum.  A three from Courtney Anderson brought Douglas back within two, 15-13, before the Wildcats opened the flood gates

The Wildcats hit their first 10-point lead with 9:19 remaining in the first half on a layup from Zellie Hudson, 28-18.  Ladd and Boykin added fast break layups on back-to-back possessions, extending the Crimson and Black's advantage to 32-18.  Central drove their lead to 20 with 3:24 to play in the opening stanza.

It was more of the same in the second half.  Central continued to push their lead upwards, reaching a 30-point differential with 12:24 to play on a jumper from Ladd, 76-45.  A jumper from Andreas Brown late in the second put triple digits on the board for the Wildcats as they held on for a 100-64 victory.
