QUOTABLE
Head Coach Chris Fisk
On Going into the Final Game of the 2019 Season: Everyone is going to be bored of hearing this, but it's still 1-0 every week. We're going to head up to Canada and enjoy time together as a team on our final road trip as well as our final game of the season. We're going to enjoy being together as a team one more time. Hopefully we can come back with another GNAC Championship and another road victory.
On the Chance to Win a Third-Straight GNAC Title and Ninth Overall: It's honestly not something I think about daily. I don't think about whether we're going to win a title, but the result of it could be that. We always try to approach it with a single-minded focus to do what we need to do to win this one individual game. The results of doing that will give us some things that we're very happy with at the end of the year, but in terms of thinking about GNAC Championships or our record overall, I just try to focus on winning a single game.
On the Matchup Against Simon Fraser: If you talk to any coach in the league, what you've seen around the league is its competitive. We lose to Western Oregon the first time around but then go beat them on the second go around. Western beats Azusa [Pacific] the first time around, but the rematch turned into a slugfest with a blocked field goal kick getting the win for Western. We don't take any of that for granted in what we did in the first game. That's irrelevant the second time we play. The hard part about winning is you don't know what adjustments to make. When you lose the first game you make a ton of adjustments and a ton of fixes. SFU is coming off a bye week so I'm sure they'll have every trick play and every gimmick in the book ready for us this week. We'll be on our toes and ready to go.

Rogers finished the game with two interceptions, a team best in a single game this season, and tallied three tackles in the win as well.
• Rogers' defensive touchdown was the first for the Wildcats since the 2018 season. The last time it happened? Against SBU, when
Donte Hamilton returned an interception 64 yards for a score on Nov. 3, 2018.
