Matthew Ramirez said. "A selfless woman who wants to drive everyone around her to be their best while always leading from the front, demanding the most from herself and charging forward. Fair to say the rest of collegiate rugby has taken a sigh of relief knowing Mae is moving on! Thank you for everything Mae Mae."

"Shona came to us from Ireland as a wing/fullback and made her mark as a loose forward. It's not an easy task, but Shona was up to the challenge just like everything she does," Coach Ramirez said. "An ultimate teammate who is always there to lend an ear and push others while pushing herself to be better. We'll miss you Sho Sho."
