Wildcats Continue Road Trip; Take On Wolves, Saints

ELLENSBURG, Wash. - The Central Washington University women's volleyball team will continue their road trip as they'll travel to Monmouth, Ore. and Lacey, Wash. for matchups against the Western Oregon Wolves and the Saint Martin's Saints.

The 'Cats will square off against the Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15. WOU dons a 5-5 record. The Wolves recently finished a road trip in Alaska in which they beat Alaska Fairbanks in five sets, but got swept by #16 Alaska Anchorage.

On the year so far, the Wolves are averaging 12.4 kills, 1.8 blocks, and 13.3 digs per set. Madison Hornback leads the Wolves in kills per set (2.66) while Delaney Smith leads WOU at the net, with 0.89 blocks per set.

After their contest against the Wolves, CWU will travel to Saint Martin's for a matchup against the Saints on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 5:00 p.m. The Saints currently hold a 9-2 record, but are on a two-game skid after starting their season 9-0.
