ELLENSBURG, Wash. - Central Washington Athletics, Head Coach
Lindsey Lee, Assistant Coaches, and the team would like to thank Assistant Coach
Tate Kautzky for her hard work and significant contributions to the program.
"Tate has been an important part of this transition for me and this program. Her willingness to meet people where they are at and her love for the girls will be missed," said Coach Lee. "Thank you for leaving this program better than when you got here."
Tate joined the Wildcat coaching staff in 2022 and has been a positive, kind, and hard-working addition ever since. She has tackled the programs rebuild head-on and is a key component in all the 'Cats wins, success, and growth over the past two seasons.
Prior to Central Washington, she was an assistant coach at Whitman College, her alma mater. Kautzky earned MVP for the Blues her senior season, appearing in all 16 games with 15 starts, and scored her lone goal in the team's first win of the season, a 4-3 overtime thriller vs. Whitworth.Â
Wildcat athletics appreciates everything Tate has done for not only the soccer program, but for Wildcat athletics as a whole, and wishes her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
