Wildcat Athletics Announces 2024 Hall of Fame Class

ELLENSBURG, Wash. – Central Washington University Athletics is excited to announce four new inductees into its Athletic Hall of Fame. Shaina Afoa (Women's Basketball, Track and Field, Volleyball), Dr. James and Katie Gaudino (Spirit of Central), Greg Olson (Coach), and Johnny Spevak (Football, Men's Basketball). All five individuals will be inducted as the 41st Hall of Fame class on Saturday, May 4th.

"This year's Hall of Fame class is a great example of what it takes to have a successful athletics program; student-athletes who excelled in competition, student-athletes who graduate from Central and go on to accomplish great things in their lives, and administrators, as well as their significant others, who support athletics and what they not only do for our student-athletes, but the impact athletics has on the university as a whole," said CWU Director of Athletics Dr. Dennis Francois. "Each of these inductees has left their mark on Wildcat Athletics and have helped us establish a solid foundation that we continue to build upon. We are truly honored to be able to recognize them and their contributions to CWU."
