ELLENSBURG, Wash. – Central Washington University junior women's rugby player Jessica Postle was tabbed the 8x8 Sports D1A Women's Rugby National Player of the Week.
 
Postle helped guide the 'Cats to a 53-24 victory at BYU last Saturday. She put CWU on the board just 7:38 into the match with a try and added two more conversions. Postle, a captain of the 2024 squad, provided a huge leadership boost on the offensive and defensive sides of the ball which showed against a tough BYU squad.
 
Postle and the crimson and black are back at home to face the defending D1 Elite Champions, the Life Running Eagles (3-0) on Friday, Nov. 1 at 6:00 p.m. from Steve Hertling Field at Tomlinson Stadium.
