ELLENSBURG, Wash. – Central Washington men's basketball faces Alaska Anchorage in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Championship game tonight at 7:30 in Nicholson Arena.

SCOUTING THE SIX SEEDED SEAWOLVES
The Seawolves upset #3 Saint Martin's 81-76 in the quarterfinals. Jaron Williams put up a team-high 23 points in the win and made four from beyond the arc. Tyson Gilbert went 5-13 from the field and made three from deep on his way to 19 points. The three-point line was the difference in this game. Alaska Anchorage made 13 from deep and advanced to the semifinal game.
Alaska Anchorage kept their run alive, earning the 64-63 semifinals win over Northwest Nazarene. The Seawolves had three players score double figures. Tyson Gilbert scored 14 points, Dillon Barrientos put up 12 points, and Sawyer Storms tallied 12 points.
LAST TIME OUT
The 'Cats won in indescribable fashion 81-80 over the top seed Montana State Billings on Friday night to advance to Saturday's championship game. MSUB missed two free throws with twenty seconds remaining, and
Bradley Swillie corralled the rebound. Swillie dribbled up the floor, cut in to the paint, and then kicked it out to Hector at the elbow. Hector elevated and drained the go ahead three with 1.1 seconds to go. The last shot for MSUB didn't fall and Central Washington won 81-80 to advance to Championship Saturday.
Jordan Clark had a great game for the 'Cats, scoring 18 points on 5-10 shooting and a perfect 5-5 from the free-throw line.

The Wildcats split their games this season against the Seawolves. Alaska Anchorage won 75-61 on their home floor in the first matchup of the season. The 'Cats won the second showdown 75-66 in Nicholson Arena. The Wildcats are 22-27 all-time against the Seawolves and 15-9 at home.
