ST. CHARLES, Mo. – The Central Washington University women's rugby team (3-4) fell on the road at Lindenwood (8-1) by a 46-15 score Saturday evening.
The Wildcats trailed 24-10 at the half seeing tries by
Jessica Postle and
Winnie Namosimalua.
Tessa Hann earned the 'Cats sole try of the second half.
Central is now 0-12 against the Lady Lions all-time with an 0-4 record on the road.
The Wildcats will be back in Ellensburg next weekend as they welcome the BYU Cougars (3-4) for a Saturday morning clash at 11:00 a.m. from inside Tomlinson Stadium.
