ELLENSBURG, Wash. - The Central Washington University Wildcats volleyball team (4-4, 2-0 GNAC) returns home and looks to continue their winning streak as they take on the Montana State University Billings Yellowjackets (6-4, 0-1 GNAC) on Thursday, Sept. 26, and the Seattle Pacific University Falcons (1-8, 1-0 GNAC) on Saturday, Sept. 28.
Thursday's game will occur during Campus Parking Enforcement hours of operation. Due to that, patrons will need a guest parking pass if they don't already have a CWU pass to park in the paved parking lots closest to Nicholson Arena (Lots Q-14 and S-10). The dirt parking lot next to Tomlinson Stadium is free to park (Lot X-12). There are other dirt parking lots by the softball fields that are also free to park at (Lots X-22 and X-23) and free parking along East 18th Avenue.

What happened last:
The Wildcats began the GNAC season in dominating fashion, sweeping both their matches against the Western Oregon University Wolves on Thursday, Sept. 19, and the Saint Martin's University Saints on Saturday, Sept. 21.
The Crimson and Black were led to victory by the Defensive Player of the Week, Hannah Stires, who earned 41 digs and 6 assists in both matches. Offensive leaders included Marianna Payne (26 kills), Emma Daoud-Hebert (18 kills), Ellie Marble (18 kills), Lacy Cox (47 assists), and Kate Stidham (30 assists).

Montana State University Billings
The Yellowjackets started the season strong going 5-3 over two tournaments, hosting the Yellowjacket Volleyball Invitational, and the Yellow Jacket Classic (Black Hills State University). After winning a rivalry match against Rocky Mountain College (Mont.), The Yellowjackets lost to the Seattle Pacific University Falcons 3-1 and found themselves in an early deficit for GNAC play with a record of 0-1.
The Yellowjackets' statistical leaders are Jordin Taulua (126 kills), Addie Allen (233 assists), Jahsita Fa'ali'i (21 service aces and 125 kills), Christine Funk (188 digs), and Julia Gordon (32 blocks).
Seattle Pacific University Falcons
The Falcons' season has started rough, going 0-8 for their non-conference slate playing in the Yotes Classic and the Colorado Premier Challenge. However, the Falcons started GNAC play on the right note, winning against Montana State University Billings 3-1.
The Falcons team leaders are Sydney Perry (72 kills), Emily Tulino (187 assists and 11 service aces), Abigail Cunningham (11 service aces and 105 digs), and Hannah Hair (48 blocks).
