SEATTLE, Wash.- The Central Washington University women's soccer team (3-5-4, 1-5-3 GNAC) suffered a 6-0 defeat on Thursday evening against Seattle Pacific University (6-3-5, 4-2-3 GNAC) at Interbay Stadium.

FIRST HALF
Taylor Krueger opened the scoring for SPU in the 23rd minute, slotting the ball home from 12 yards out on an assist from Maya Parman. Just two minutes later, Kayla Wallace doubled the lead with a strike to the top-left corner off a feed from Andie Buckley. In the 34th minute, Kylie Hendry extended the Falcons' advantage, finding the back of the net on assists from Ava Suarez and Jes Lizotte.
The Wildcats generated chances late in the half, as
Gianna Doucette forced a save from Mercedes Cullen in the 38th minute, followed by an attempt from
Annelise Bauman just before halftime that was also stopped by Cullen. Despite outshooting the Falcons 8–7 in the opening period, CWU couldn't capitalize on its opportunities. Goalkeeper
Danika Galbraith recorded two saves in the half.

SECOND HALF
In the 56th minute, Wallace secured her second goal of the match, extending SPU's lead to 4–0 as she finished a cross from Krueger. Just four minutes later, Buckley found the back of the net with a driven shot from 18 yards out that tucked low into the left corner, pushing the advantage to 5–0. In the 75th minute,
Kelsey Fulton fired a shot on target, forcing a save from Landry Schoennauer. Eight minutes later, Suarez slotted the ball into the back of the net off assists from Maddie Cooke and Peyton Dukes, making it 6–0. Moments later,
Sadie Schaefer tested Schoennauer again, forcing another save.
The Falcons outshot the Wildcats 15–7. Cullen and Schoennauer each played a half in goal to preserve the clean sheet, while goalkeeper
Leighton Menge made three saves in her half of action.
