ABOUT THE SAINTS
When Saint Martin's last played the 'Cats on Jan 23, they went on a 21-0 run to close the first half and put away the game with strong rebounding to keep the momentum on its side. The Saints went on to beat Northwest Nazarene on Jan 25 to take first place in the GNAC. Since then, however, SMU has lost its momentum in the conference, going 1-4 to go from first place to sixth place in the conference standings.
The Saints are led by Diego Trejo-Delgado, who has scored 321 points and recorded 24 blocks. Jaden Nielsen-Skinner has shown to have a strong point-guard mindset, leading the team with 150 assists and 48 steals. Immanuel Oludele leads the Saints in rebounds with 157 total rebounds.
