BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Central Washington University men's basketball team (19-8, 13-4 GNAC) couldn't get shots to fall as the Wildcats drop the second to last game of the season to Western Washington University (19-8, 11-6 GNAC) 73-90.
Quoting Head Coach Brandon Rinta
"We did not defend at the level we needed to tonight. Western is a potent offensive team and the hottest team in the West Region. It was going to take a better effort than that to give ourselves a chance to beat them on their home floor. We need to regroup and focus in on playing better up at Simon Fraser on Saturday."
