TEXAS- The Central Washington University track and field teams head south to compete in the Texas Relays on Wednesday March 26^th through Saturday, March 29^th. Some 'Cats will also be competing at the Bobcat Invitational, taking place on Thursday, March 27^th through Saturday, March 29^th.

ABOUT THE MEET

• The Bobcat Invitational will feature a full schedule of events, with day one including the discus, pole vault, long jump, javelin, 100m hurdles, 100m, 400m, heptathlon, 200m, 800m, 3000m steeplechase, 5000m, and 10,000m. Friday will be a shorter day, with the hammer throw, long jump, pole vault, shot put, 400m hurdles, 200m, and 1500m. The meet will wrap up on Saturday with the hammer throw, high jump, triple jump, shot put, 4x100m relay, 100m hurdles, 400m, 100m, and 4x400m relay.
• The Texas Relays will kick off on Wednesday with the heptathlon and decathlon events, followed by the 110-meter decathlon hurdles at 7:45 a.m. on Thursday. The competition will wrap up with the men's 10,000-meter final at 7:55 p.m. On Friday, the action starts with the men's discus throw B final at 7:00 a.m. and ends with the boys' 4x400 relay at 6:23 p.m. The final day will begin with the girls' 3200-meter final at 6:00 a.m. and conclude with the women's 4x400 relay final at 2:50 p.m.
