Tryouts will be held on Sept. 18, 2021 with check in starting at 9am.  This is a one day tryout located at the CWU baseball field.  

Below there are two links to the Sickle Cell Waiver and the Walk On Checklist.  Please download and fill out.  You can send the completed documents to Desi.Storey@cwu.edu -- All forms must be completed and emailed to the coaching staff by noon on Sept. 14 to be eligible for the tryout.

Tryout Checklist

• _______     Proof of physical within the last 6 months;
  • A physical older than 6 months may be used if that physical was the one used for athletic participation their senior year through the student athlete's graduation date.
  • The examination shall include a Sickle Cell Solubility Test (SST) results or documented prior test or the prospective student athlete declines the test and signs a written release.
