2022: Started in 14 out of 21 appearances for the Wildcats... Hit .143 on 49 at-bats with seven hits and 10 runs scored... Had six RBIs on a .245 SLG% and 15 walks... Had a .364 OB% and a .976 FLD%...

Prior to CWU: VanKemseke joined the Wildcats in 2022 after spending two seasons with Yakima Valley College... Appeared in 13 games for the 'Yaks... Hit .235 on 34 at-bats with 8 hits and one double... Had 6 RBI's on a .265 SLG% with 13 walks... Had a .447 OBP and a 1.000 FLD%. 

High School: VanKemseke attended Zillah High School... Earned All-League honors all four seasons... Named to the All-State team his final two seasons... Was a two-time team MVP... Also earned All-League Honors for football in his final season. 

Why CWU?: "Close to home, great school, and a great baseball program. Being here allows me to be close with my family still and gives them the opportunity to watch me play. This school also has a great education program."

Personal: Son to Billy and Andrea VanKemseke... Is pursuing his degree in History & Education.
