Garrison Becker joined the Central Washington University baseball staff as Assistant Coach for Pitching and Recruiting Coordinator in 2026.
A native of Richland, Wash., Becker graduated from Hanford High School before continuing his playing career at Centralia College and Upper Iowa University. He earned his degree in Criminal Justice from Upper Iowa in 2016.
As a player, Becker spent two years at Centralia College before transferring to Upper Iowa University, where he completed his collegiate career and developed the foundation for his future in coaching.
Becker began his coaching career at Kamiakin High School, where he spent three years helping develop student-athletes and contributing to the program's success. He then joined the staff at Wenatchee Valley College, serving five years in a key role in player development, pitching instruction, and recruiting. During his time with the Knights, he helped build one of the NWAC's most competitive programs and worked with numerous student-athletes who advanced their academic and athletic careers.
Known for his work with pitchers and his ability to identify and recruit talent, Becker brings valuable experience and strong regional recruiting connections to the Wildcat program.
Becker and his wife, Jessica, have three children: Luke, Lilly, and Paxton.
