2023: Started in 10 of his 11 appearances and pitched to a 3-2 record…Threw 46.2 innings, two complete games, and recorded 25 strikeouts with a season-high five against Montana State Billings on April 1^st… Allowed 53 hits, 32 walks, and 30 earned runs.

2022: Started in two of his six games on the mound for the Wildcats...Pitched to an 0-2 record… Held a 27.00 ERA through 5.1 innings... Allowed 24 runs, 16 earned, on an opponent’s .529 average... Gave up 18 hits including three doubles and four home runs while punching out four batters and allowing 11 walks… Was sidelined for a majority of the season due to injury…

2021: Started 8 games for the Wildcats... Pitched to a 5-2 record... Held a 4.41 ERA through 32.2 innings pitched... Allowed 27 hits and 26 runs, 16 of which were earned on an opponents .223 AVG.... Allowed only 6 doubles and 3 home runs alongside 8 hit batters... Punched out 25 batters alongside 27 walks... Named to the 1st Team All-GNAC... Earned NCBWA 2nd Team All-Region Honors.

Prior to CWU: Played one season at Yakima Valley College... Appeared only 3 times on 6 total innings... Gave up 7 hits and 8 runs, 5 of which were earned... Struck out 3 batters alongside 5 walks giving him a 7.50 ERA. 

High School: Attended Selah High school... Was a member of the Vikings 2016 and 2019 2A Washington State Championship teams... Earned Pre-season All-American honorable mention... Was the Baseball Northwest Pitching MVP in 2016 and was a part of the Perfect Game Arizona Fall Classic Championship team... Was a 2018 Area Code and Nike Pro Scout Event member... Academically, he was in the top 10% of his graduating class at Selah.

Why CWU?: "Close to home, gives family a chance to watch me compete at the collegiate level. Also has the right educational degree that I am looking for. Both of my uncles are in the CWU Athletic Hall of Fame for basketball as well."  

Personal: Son to Rich and Rhonda Rasmussen... Is looking to pursue his degree in Physical Education and School Health.
