Biography

High School: Graduated from Tacoma’s Franklin Pierce High School in 2014. Recorded 58 tackles (16 for losses) and six-and-a-half sacks. Lead the South Puget Sound League 2A in sacks in 2011 and 2013. Lead the SPSL 2A in tackles for loss in 2013. 2013 SPSL 2A second team defensive line. 2011 honorable mention defensive line
 
College: Signed a National Letter of Intent with the Wildcats in February 2014... Carter saw action in the contest with Montana and recorded one tackle against the FCS powerhouse. 
 
PERSONAL: Turns 19 during the 2014 season. Parents are Skip and Trish Carter. He has a brother, Bryce.
